Your security guards are incredibly rude and could be viewed as antagonistic when they approach people who've literally just parked vehicles with their hands on their guns. Telling people they have to move is fine, but a hand on your gun can be incendiary and viewed as a personal threat. Just as a pedestrian, I felt incredibly threatened by the situation. Train your guards better. That behavior is unnecessary.
