The team at US 1031 was a pleasure to work with! Excellent and prompt communication, thorough, knowledgable, helpful and extremely patient with all our questions! They made the process so much easier, from closing on our original property to executing the DST replacement. Their fees are very reasonable as well, and we will most definitely use them for any future exchanges.

This is the third time that I have used this organization to do a 1031 exchange. Without fail may have done exactly what we needed them to do and ahead of schedule. Outstanding service!!! Jasmine took the time to walk me through the process and what to expect including anticipated fees prior to even contracting with them. The whole 1031 Exchange process went according to what see laid out.
