***CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! ***THIS MOVING COMPANY: 1) Does not stand behind their word! 2) Show up many hours late!! 3) Require you to pay for their subpar service BEFORE unloading your things, holds items hostage. 4) Items are mishandled & damaged extensively. 5) Renigs on discounts on any damages done. 6) Movers appear to have been released from a half-way house or prison. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!! Wish I could give them a - 100 (negative) Stars!!!
First and foremost one of their drivers couldn't fit in a McDonald's drive through on pleasant hill and end up crushing the back of my car with damages I have to pay and avoiding the investigators for them to pay for my damages
Canceled the day of move. Came late the next day. Not careful with belongings . Damaged furniture. Didn't put in room's. Didnt set up beds. Broken glass items that can not be replaced. I have a lot of antiques that were damaged. Missing items. Johnathan took one of the trucks to the offices with 1 of the guys while the other 2 followed my husband. I tryed getting in touch with him to talk about all this. He said he didn't work there anymore and has moved. I trying . I tried calling the office and the phone just kept ringing.... read more
I’m only giving them one star because I can’t give them a zero!! This company is a mess they lied to me twice about my move. They never showed and gave me the run around. I would never give them my service NEVER
