This has been a nightmare. I got a letter in the mail last week stating my account was overdrawn. That impossible because I had money in the account. I finally got hold of one person, they looked into my account and said that I had a draft from my account to Duke power. Another impossibility, I've never used that account for duke power ever and the last time I used this account has been at least 5 years ago.
