I had a fraud on my account I went into the South Boston branch on 23rd of May to dispute the Amazon Market Place It was $1800 plus missing out of my account I was informed that an investigation from Corporations had to handle the fraud claim I didn't hear or got any notification about the incident so I called yesterday I spoke with the manager in the Danville location He informed me that I would receive all of my funds included the overdraft for insufficient funds that happen during fraud transactions Make a long story when... read more
Since Blair Lloyd has taken over as branch manager, I've seen a BIG difference. My experiences have been very positive! I generally use the drive-through and there's not a long wait, even if there's someone in front of you. They're very courteous and friendly.
