I have been with this credit union for 19 years!! I have never really had any problems and if so, it was taken care of promptly!! Most of the staff are very nice and some them even call you by name! this bank is the worse bank i do not consider it bank no way they communicate to help any body they always make it complicated and it seem like the employee they don't know nothing about banking and customer service even the manger just seem like every body work their is low educated very poor service they should shut it down for good before it is for too late DO NOT EVER GO THEIR OR DEAL WITH THEM IT WILL BE YOUR NIGHT MARE

I have always loved URW for the kindness and professionalism they show to my mom, but today was extremely a pleasant experience. I came in with my mom to get assistance and Teresa Ingram called us in her office and she was so sweet and pleasant. She answered all questions with a beautiful disposition.
