I completed the full six-session program at UROSPOT London in June 2026. The facility is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly. I chose the more expensive physiotherapy-specific pathway because I was dealing with postpartum leaking with activity/running and believed it would provide a more individualized approach. I recently discovered UROSPOT and was quite intrigued by the treatment. My pelvic floor has been getting weaker and it's been so frustrating. I recently completed my six sessions and have already felt the benefits. Looking forward to my pelvic floor getting stronger, which I understand it will. Excellent experience! Highly recommend to strengthen and maintain a strong pelvic floor. The positive results for my condition were tangible and immediate within the first couple of treatments. Going forward, maintenance is the key to freedom and a renewal of possibilities in life!
