Andrea was amazing and the smoking cessation session has been a great success. I highly recommend for anyone looking to quit bad habits or other hypnotherapy services.
Andrea is the best, most warming and helpful therapist I have ever met. I really felt listened to and not like someone was sat there nodding their head giving ‘mhmmm’ responses to my troubles. She has given me very useful advice and observations that it takes an outsider to notice and discuss. I originally contacted her for hypnosis which then wasn’t the best choice for me personally (it delves very deep into your feelings), but I would recommend her to anybody needing to reach out and open up to a professional.
I had just 6 sessions with Andrea. We got to the core of my issues and worked through them. I highly recommend Urmston Hypnotherapy for anxiety.
