I had left a negative review for urgent phone repair because I was frustrated. I thought I had just wasted money on the phone to get it fixed and it wasn’t going to work, Ben reached out to me and explained it to me, in away that I could understand what was going on with my phone. He told me to just wait til in the morning and the phone should be OK. And just like he said this morning, the phone was up and running. I’m so sorry for the negative Reviews that I left

The place was very awesome. It took care of what I needed with fixing my phone screen and did it very fast. Customer service was awesome.
I had Android issues with a prehistoric Motorola. Jon and Cole showed patience , professionalism and a sense of humor when finding a remedy for my issue. Taking the time to explain things in a way a 76 year old retired construction worker could understand. The whole staff are great guys.
