I had Android issues with a prehistoric Motorola. Jon and Cole showed patience , professionalism and a sense of humor when finding a remedy for my issue. Taking the time to explain things in a way a 76 year old retired construction worker could understand. The whole staff are great guys.
Great service
My elderly mother lives across the state from me and downloaded a virus app that was causing her phone to not function properly. She brought it to UPR and the workers there took very good care of her and could have easily lied or taken advantage of her; and didn't. Joseph sat with her and went one by one until the culprit app was discovered and got it deleted. He could have easily just sent her on her way, but because there was still time left on her diag (charged her under $30 btw to diag, which is very fair and reasonable)... read more
Highly recommend this location. The service techs were honest and knowledgeable. I went in thinking it was going to be a costly iPad repair and ended up only needing a iPad compatible charger. Their honesty saved me money and earned them a customer for life. Thank y’all!
