4/1/2025 Mr. Patrick ( Driver) was amazing! he took the time to wait for a patient that had appointment that was cancelled by mistake, and this caused a really long delay. I worked really hard to get patient seen since they had came all this way . Drivers like him need to be acknowledged for the compassion and care he shows his patients. The caregiver which I didn't get her name was amazing as well. If you can please give lunch and praise for showing what Great Patient care means. Keep both they are valued employees

I am riding in an Urgent Medical Transport van as I write this. I have never experienced any driver as rude and unprofessional as the driver I am riding with. From the moment she saw me she was hostile and rude, she never smiled nor welcomed me. She only complained about traffic and having to drive to Seattle. I asked her name, she never told me.
