I always get great quality care at Urgent Doc. I couldn't get my Dr office to call me ack for an appointment so I went to Urgent Doc.
My wife was overdosed with phenergan (according to ER doctors treating her afterwards) at your facility. She was rendered unconscious in your facility because of it, when our initial reason for coming in was a stomach bug. She had to be rushed to the ER and treated there to overcome the effects of the overdose. We have asked for reimbursement for ambulance and ER (totaling thousands of dollars) and instead you have the nerve to send us a bill for the phenergan that you improperly administered.
