The staff was friendly, efficient and professional. Wait time was minimal and I felt that my concerns were listened to and the issues addressed
I was in and out in less than an hour. The doctor listened and talked me through everything. I will come here again! Hopefully not too soon though. �
Three trips to Urgent Doc in last several years have impressed me. The friendly, helpful staff greets and checks you in. After a short wait, you get to see a no-nonsense doctor who is courteous, but focused. My first visit was 45 minutes in and out. The last two visits took less than thirty minutes! It is the first place I think of when medical attention is needed.
The staff is so friendly. I like the time span of them getting me in and out in a good time. They are very well with their work as well. I felt so loved on my last visit. It was like I mattered...thank You Dr. Sanderford for treating me. You were so observant and caring. We found out that it wasn't my hip but my right leg that is giving me the problem that I'm experiencing. All the time we was saying the hip, but the pain is going down my right leg into my knees.
