Unfortunately we've made trips more than I would like, but it's such a pleasant experience every time! I have young children, and Dr. Campbell is so kind, thorough, and gentle with them! He seems to genuinely care about his patients! The staff is great, hardly any wait time, very clean, and welcoming. I definitely recommend it!
Went there for the first time today. Staff was friendly, professional, efficient. Wait time was less than 10 min from sign in until I was called back.The practitioner that saw me was also professional, compassionate and listened to my concerns and asked appropriate questions related to my illness. I highly recommend Urgent Care of Oconee and absolutely will use if needed in the future.
Took my son with a possible broken toe on a Sunday. They took X-rays, cleaned him up and put a splint on it. Took about 30 minutes and the staff was awesome. Highly recommend if stuff happens on the weekends or evenings that just can't wait!
I went because I was having flu-like symptoms. From the moment I stepped in there, I was greeted by the front office staff and she immediately got me registered and I was filling out my paperwork. I didn't have to wait long before I was called back. The MA, Harry, I think his name was was really friendly and professional. I then was examined by John Campbell, PA. He was awesome. My PCP was not available so I went in for fever with sinus issues. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Jeff was thorough and the staff was excellent. Now I'm on the road to recovery. We had the same great experiences when my husband and son also went earlier in the year. They are very professional and caring.
I was very ill and dehydrated. They took excellent care of me. I was amazed with their compassion and professionalism! Thank you so much!
Brought my daughter to be seen. Super nice office staff. We were seen very quickly. Jeff Chambers is awesome! He answered questions, did a thorough exam and reassured both of us! Can't thank them enough for excellent medical care!
