Crystal Cotrell, PA, is FANTASTIC. My daughter fell and hurt her hand, which resulted in a visit to Urgent Care of Oconee for x-rays. Crystal was patient and super knowledgeable about the particular bone (scaphoid) that was injured and took her time to explain why this was a tricky bone to heal. We saw her over the period of 6 weeks for follow ups and the treatment plan worked perfectly. My daughter was able to go back to gymnastics and quickly regained her strength (and her smile!). We had to take our 4 year old daughter in a Sunday afternoon! We were greeted by front receptionist, lobby area was clean and had toys to keep my daughter occupied. The nurse and Doctor was polite and prompt, they even gave my daughter a popsicle- which was a big hit! We were in and out of the office in 30 minutes! I highly recommend using this Urgent Care!

I have had two amazing experiences just in the past week. Both doctors are intelligent and understanding. I highly recommend Urgent Care of Oconee! They go above and beyond and I am very thankful for their help this past weekend.
