Very disgusted by the assistant that took my vitals threw the thermometer stick on the floor after she took my tempature tonight 9/24/18 This was very unprofessional and unsanitary. I noticed it wasn't the first time either because there was another stick on the floor. I have pictures and proof of this disgusting act. Very very unprofessional I hope the right people see this and do something about it because its apauling. No stars given after the way she was rudely towards me.
Nurse was wonderful. Went above and beyond helping me with my daughter. She was very sweet and pleasant. However the doctor had a attitude. Have been sick for over a week and a half. Got a fever while I was on medication. Told me to take the other medication I had and there was nothing she could do. Could of been more helpful... If you have been sick for over a week and get a temp out of nowhere may be there is a more serious issue. Unfortunately I will go to a better hospital next time.
Was in and out quickly. The doctor was very helpful. He was very concerned with prescribing medications that were safe and effective. The staff was friendly. The building was clean. Will recommend to anyone not feeling well in the Fitchburg area.
This is NOT an actual walk-in clinic, despite how they advertise themselves online. This is an extension of the hospital's emergency room. You will experience emergency room waiting times, and more importantly, you will be charged FULL emergency room prices. If your condition does not require hospital care, find somewhere else to treat it, or you will regret it!
Thorough, professional and prompt care- I was able to avoid going to the ER form my condition. Will return in the future.
