Back massage…never been the same…this is concerning
Freezing cold, I asked for a deep massage and it was just a lot of rubbing around oil. The therapist kept upselling me- $20 for CBD oil, $10 for aroma therapy, more time etc … literally just as I was enjoying it she interrupted to sell me something! I’m so annoyed! I want my money back.. tried to get a refund but they pretend to not understand me. So confused. Never again! Stay away!
I got a foot and back massage here and the older lady was coughing over me and on her phone at times during the massage which was distracting. After the massage, the same lady repeatedly yelled at me to leave a bigger tip than I had and would not accept my payment until I did. She then yelled at the customer paying after me for the same reason. The massage was ok but the staff is unprofessional and disrespectful.
They are good but when I tipped they asked me for more…. I tipped 20%….dont know if i will go back :/
Had 30 minutes to get a foot massage during a busy weekend. Another customer snored LOUDLY almost the entire time. 4 therapists and 2 other customers said nothing. I told the front desk person who laughed. No offer of another appointment or discount. Won't be going back.
