I got a foot and back massage here and the older lady was coughing over me and on her phone at times during the massage which was distracting. After the massage, the same lady repeatedly yelled at me to leave a bigger tip than I had and would not accept my payment until I did. She then yelled at the customer paying after me for the same reason. The massage was ok but the staff is unprofessional and disrespectful.
They are good but when I tipped they asked me for more…. I tipped 20%….dont know if i will go back :/
Had 30 minutes to get a foot massage during a busy weekend. Another customer snored LOUDLY almost the entire time. 4 therapists and 2 other customers said nothing. I told the front desk person who laughed. No offer of another appointment or discount. Won't be going back.
Henry was amazing. He kept checking in to make sure the pressure was okay. Services are affordable, location is clean and everyone is so nice. I swear I’ll never go back to overpriced massage envy again, the 90 minute full body massage I got here was less than half the price and much better. Targeted to many areas I don’t even know existed. Can’t wait to come back again
