We are able to rent 2 bedroom townhome for about 30% less than it would in WM, while still being minutes away from the drive. The location is practical with a two car garage, and the pool is gorgeous.
I have my business next to Urban village and I was thinking to buy few unit for my CFO and other people in my staff ..but all these -ve reviews oh boy I m glad I read these.
What a mess, as a former owner there I can say, I'm happy to be out of there, and buyers be aware there is a massive issue with the tittle that cost me thousands of dollars to address, the builder/developer is a total scam, hundreds of messages and calls and he never fixed the problems appropriately. Don't say you weren't advised, the city of Oakland Park should stop the developer from keep stealing money from contractors
