We had such a great experience with URBIN STORAGE! When the pandemic started we had to put our stuff in storage and eventually moved out to Texas. We traded the big city life to suburban big house life and thanks to Karl for hooking us up with their signature plastic bins, and their team for taking care of our stuff and ultimately delivering to our new home. The whole process was seamless and STRESS-FREE! I refer them to all my friends in New York City! Thanks guys. 🙏

I've used urBin a few times and it's been a great experience every time - particularly this last one. I was moved into a new place by Zura, and he was awesome. Not just knowledgable and a caring dude, but genuine, funny, and a really good energy. And it was just him moving me in, too! He did it all and he did it well. Worth trusting these guys, I've never had a bad experience.

Everyone who's moved recently knows the immense stress of the entire process. From start to finish, I couldn't have had a better experience with UrBin and the physical move was seamless. I was amazed by how easy the planning was. I was able to send a video walk through of my apartment and they used that to itemize and provide a quote. UrBin were fantastic with helping me get everything I needed moved situated. I’ve moved a few times as most in NYC have and I know how difficult it can be to find people who are trustworthy and caring with your personal belongings. Not only were they friendly and professional but they made sure everything was taken care of in an extremely timely manner and made sure everything was packed properly to ensure there wouldn’t be any damage to my things. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a reliable helpful company.
