Sent details and pictures of SOFA ZEERO quality but no response from the Management Shame on them
bought 6 seater sofa about year before, contact them soon after delivery about product, its zeero quality showing a floor model in good quality but after full payment they sent garbage product I am about to put on the street for garbage will update the pics soon. I would like to alert everyone not to buy anything from them.
To anyone thinking about buying furniture from Urbanized, I would say save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. We ordered a bed from Urbanized but were given a completely different bed. We were told that they don’t manufacture the bed that we ordered (which is still up on their website as of today!), and that they would find us a similar bed. The manager sent one option which we did not like, and then we did not hear from her again, and had to constantly call her for an update. They delayed this whole situation for week... read more
