I would give them a negative score if I could. They sold me a mattress that was a floor model without disclosing that fact. It just "was on sale!" Moreover, they didn't make the apparently required recommendation for a foundation, so the mattress has collapsed in just over a year. They have had a horrible customer service reaction and have no accountability for these issues. The salesperson left--and it was his fault. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE.
