My wife and I purchased two lamps today August 30, 2025. Sarah was extremely helpful. She was very familiar with the product lines . We felt no high pressure pitch. Rather her approach was thoughtful. Sarah walked us through various choices. We settled on two floor models (supply in off site location was short). We are very happy with our experience and our lamps!

I recently purchased a coffee table that arrived broken. I immediately called the store in hopes to resolve this. Their only resolution was a store credit. When I looked at the coffee table in store I noticed their floor model was damaged. Then the one I ordered came in damaged. How disappointing ~ I didn’t want to order another table because at this point I’m questioning the quality. The manager explained I was told at time of purchase it was would be final sale. Urbane has the best selection for ordering kitchen and counter stools in the city! We’ve gotten so many compliments on the counter stools and refer everyone to Urbane. We’ve also bought our dining room set, bedroom set and living room couches from the store and are very happy with everything. Will come back to shop here when we’re ready to update our furniture!
