Extremely disappointing experience from purchase to after-sales service. We purchased a Mohican bed and nightstands through Urbane, and unfortunately the entire experience has been frustrating. The original headboard had an issue with the built-in lighting. The headboard is extremely large and heavy, yet only ONE person was sent to deliver and handle it. My wife and I purchased two lamps today August 30, 2025. Sarah was extremely helpful. She was very familiar with the product lines . We felt no high pressure pitch. Rather her approach was thoughtful. Sarah walked us through various choices. We settled on two floor models (supply in off site location was short). We are very happy with our experience and our lamps!

I recently purchased a coffee table that arrived broken. I immediately called the store in hopes to resolve this. Their only resolution was a store credit. When I looked at the coffee table in store I noticed their floor model was damaged. Then the one I ordered came in damaged. Have bought multiple pieces of furniture from the store and all are great quality. Staff are kind and helpful.
