We have had excellent experiences with Urbana Transportation since we began using them two months ago. From the initial booking with Kajal to the final drop-off, their team has been prompt, professional, and courteous. The vehicles were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the drivers were friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual. I highly recommend Urbana and Kajal for anyone looking for reliable and stress-free ground transportation services.
We used Urbana for a school field trip (only 15 students!) They were excellent from beginning to end. The person in charge of booking was very good at communicating with us both before and after the trip. Our driver was amazing! Even though we were VERY loud, she handled it with ease. She was there waiting for us at the end of our trip, and she had even moved our cooler of lunches inside for us. We will definitely use Urbana Transportation again.
