I can’t say enough good things about Urban Transportation. From Kajal helping us set up the charter to our driver Havies everything was perfect. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!!
Great service and awesome shuttles. We used Urbana for our wedding at the Corry House. Kajal and her team were awesome. We used a 56 passenger bus to bring people to and from the Corry house and used another small van from the James Madison. We had plans change the week before and Kajal was awesome working through an alternate plan and making the event a success. Also - the shuttles were very nice and our guests gave us only good feedback. Definitely use Urbana if you have an event in the area.
I had the opportunity to work with Urbana for a ride to the airport, which isn’t always an easy ask for someone using mobility equipment. Fortunately, this experience was delightfully easy!! Our family used Urbana Transportation for 19 family members to get to Hartsfield International and to be picked up from there when returning from our family vacation. The bus was AMAZING!! The DRIVER was even more so!! The whole experience was worth the cost and definitely something we will take advantage of again for any events where we need transportation!!
The drivers were superb. Justice and Gio went above and beyond. They accommodated us despite travel delays out of our control. Thanks!
