Arrived there from the hospital on a Friday at 1030 am for physical therapy rehab. Told It wouldn't start until the following Monday at which time I would see a physical therapist. Spoke to a director of nursing. Told her that was unacceptable and asked to be transferred out of the facility. She had a physical therapy assistant see me then.
