Appreciate that they stock my favourite “only Zuul” as well as a great Italian Prosecco we enjoyed in Tuscany. Seamless online ordering process + pick up. Would be amazing to have Manhattan same-day delivery for a small fee. Will use this service again.
I hardly ever write reviews and never want to talk badly about a business. But this needs to be said. I have given this wine store three chances and every time they have been extremely rude, cold and condescending. I am a qualified sommelier with 15years experience, who has worked and set up some of the best restaurants in New York City. The selection is okay, nothing special but not horrid. However, the staff that work here/own the place are incredibly rude. I'd save yourself the disappointment, unless you're a glutton for punishment, and just shop elsewhere.
