Placed an order 5 months ago for a candle I really wanted, waited weeks and had to contact them to find out why I hadn’t received my order. Someone finally got back to me saying they couldn’t get the product in and said they could offer a refund but had to wait to get permission. I waited weeks again didn’t hear anything, have emailed and text the number they contacted me on and still haven’t heard anything. Mind you the product is still on the website to be sold. I placed an online order on the 4th June and have never received my order. I have tried phoning, emailing and messaging on both Facebook and Instagram to both Urban Willow and Artistic Blooms and have had no reply. I am assuming I can right off both my purchase and money. Extremely disappointing and recommend no one else purchase online so it doesn't happen to you.
A beautiful little shop with fabulous friendly staff
Same thing has happened to me. I bought two very expensive cushions in early December - Urban Willow took my money but these cushions weren’t even in stock. I have emailed several times and rung several times (answering machine). Their website has been closed down. I get the impress that the store has been closed and they have taken my money and I will never get it back. Do NOT buy anything from this company!!
