I had a great experience with Urban Wave. I needed to furnish a new apartment on short notice. Not only was the furniture I liked in stock, Urban Wave was also able to accommodate delivery and assembly within a very tight elevator booking window. When their deliverymen ran into an issue with an incorrect part out of the box, Daniel personally delivered the correct one to me within a few hours. I would absolutely buy from Urban Wave again. Thank you!
Was looking for smaller couches and found them through Facebook. Went to the store to check out the couch I liked to see and try it in person. The guy at the store was nice and patient. Ended up purchasing the couch and paid for delivery next day. Now here is where I have issues. Their website states "Get your order delivered directly to your room" but the guys who delivered our couch refused to do so. Items were dropped off via pick up truck and left OUTSIDE our building.
