Lovely shop with a beautiful range of clothes and giftware
The worst customer service ever, I made an online order that I never received contacted the store they said it’s not our problem speak to Australia Post.. what the hell??? Do yourself a favour avoid this business staff are rude and refuse to resolve the problem
Beautiful store and stock. Very attentive staff. Worth a look and purchase,so many goodies. Loved it. Come to Launceston we need it.
I had an issue with some clothing I purchased before Xmas. I returned to the store,spoke to the lovely staff, and,my issue was dealt with,and a good outcome..10/10 for customer satisfaction..and,I will most definatly continue to shop there.😊
