Cool store and friendly staff but don’t bother trying to sell a bike to them. They will lowball to the point that it’s offensive.
Great place, great vibes! Carl and Sam are such great people and hard workers. Definitely a spot to check out if you’re into extreme sports and live in or just visiting Cincinnati!
Stopped by this weekend to check out their bikes and walked away with a sweet matte black bicycle! Thanks to the guys Sam and Carl at Urban Transit for making sure everything was good to go before I took my bike out for its first ride! Highly recommend!
Had a damaged chainring on my Cannondale Synapse. They were able to source an identical replacement part and got it replaced within a few days. Very nice having a local repair shop that I can literally walk down the street to get to.
