How can I leave 0 score? Purchased a chair which has not been delivered. They will not answer the phone and tell me where my £1200 has gone. Website taken off trustpilot now too. Many other people complaining about their missing items. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Just to let you all know that eventually the chair did arrive and they didn’t steal my money.

I am so pleased with my chest of drawers. Before ordering I contacted the company to make sure the finish on the wood would be similar to match up with the furniture I already had and I was told that it was covered by a 30 day no hassle return if it wasn’t so that would be no problem. The item was delivered earlier than I expected and the company kept in contact prior to delivery. The delivery driver was very pleasant and did all he could to make the experience easy! Fantastic customer service, delivery was super speedy and we are delighted with the ladder desk, it’s great quality and the best price on the internet. Will be shopping here again.
