I had a lovely experience with myofascial release treatment. The treatment felt very gentle yet powerful. A few hours after the session I had a big, unexpected laugh for no particular reason, which felt like real emotional relief. It helped me release some tension and emotions, which is exactly what myofascial treatment is about. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and more balanced. I recommend to try.

I recently read an article by Louise on the benefits of Bowen therapy and after years of neck, shoulder and back pain and also being on co codamol and Ibuprofen for years I decided to contact Louise and give it a try with the thought I've nothing to lose. Louise is very knowledgeable and a great practitioner. Since the appointment I have felt better and have tools and exercises to continue my recovery.
