This brother duo are the nicest guys you’ll deal with. They know their products well and are very helpful. Highly recommended.

A wholesaler had directed me to Urban Tiles as they had the last remaining stock of a tile I’d bought previously. Urban Tiles was kind enough to hold the stock for me and offer me a discounted rate. The staff were so lovely, offered me Coffee, cake and even to load the tiles in my SUV. I’ve never had this type of service in my life. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you.
These guys are hopeless. I went to buy tiles for my new house and wasn't happy with their price so I shopped around and went to one of their competitors. They then contacted the supplier of the tiles I wanted and put pressure on them not to sell them to the competitor. These guys can't compete on service on price so they try to intimidate and bully. Never again will we even think about doing business with these guys. Showtiles are a much better option!
