Despite visiting this establishment multiple times before with my partner, I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable due to the inappropriate and unprofessional actions of the therapist, to the point where I had to cut my session short. After the incident, I spoke with the receptionist and requested to speak with a supervisor to formally lodge a complaint.
