I've been going to Urban Spa for the last few years. I've enjoyed meeting and getting to know staff there. I was impressed the first time with the professionalism from all the staff and the cleanliness of the spa. I drive 40 minutes to enjoy each experience there! I've enjoyed many of the services offered. I'm always welcomed with a smile when I enter the spa. Great services by great staff!
Zero stars. Go anywhere but here. Not sure how this establishment is even in business lol
I had face laser done a few years ago and recently a brazillian. I could not recommend this spa enough! Everyone is very friendly, helpful and professional. I had NEVER had a painless brazillian before going here. Sherry is MAGIC in all services offered. Such a selection of services available. This establishment goes above and beyond!
