My reiki session with Karen had me feeling so relaxed and peaceful. She radiates great energy. My first sound wave treatment was interesting and contributed greatly to the whole experience. If your life is hectic, this is a great way to wind down. Highly recommend Urban Soul Reiki and Energy Healing.

Karen is a wonderfully empathetic and loving practitioner of her reiki and Alphasonic arts. I especially enjoyed the sound wave therapy (Alpha Sonic.) It was very relaxing and left me with a warm sense of wellbeing. ❤️
