This is definitely a case of get what you pay for. At no point were we told this would be a kit set flat pack assembly job. The man who carried to the car thought it hilarious that an older couple questioned that fact. Cheap and nasty. Poorly made with minimal instructions. WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM URBAN SALES EVER AGAIN! 🤬
Their customer service team is absolutely amazing! I purchased the Kave drawers from them and ran into a few issues with the installation. Shaira was incredible and helpful in communicating with the manufacturer to get everything sorted. I really appreciate the support and wouldn’t hesitate to shop here again.
The dresser I purchased from Urban Sales was beautiful and exactly as I had expected from the website. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to return it, because I sometimes need to move the dresser and wanted the drawers to be removable, which I had not checked before ordering. I would not hesitate to visit Urban Sales again when I need another product. The return process was not complicated and was handled promptly.
