Worst customer service and communication ever, I’ve order an expensive frame from them upon confirmation that it will come with dual hanging options and I’ve just received the frame and ofc it came only with portrait hanging option only. I’ve ordered the frame upon their confirmation as I wanted to hang it on landscape style, beyond disappointing that they couldn’t accommodate such as simple request and now I have to figure how to hang this large frame.
