Worst customer service and communication ever, I’ve order an expensive frame from them upon confirmation that it will come with dual hanging options and I’ve just received the frame and ofc it came only with portrait hanging option only. Paid few hundred dollars online few weeks ago. We were informed the goods to be dispatched by 13th Dec and will receive confirmation. Unfortunately no communication whatsoever. Sent follow up emails few times - no reply. Made few phone calls - the lady promised to follow up and come back to us but no response whatsoever. Now we are unsure where is our artworks.
