LOVE THIS PLACE!! Trenton was the associate the took his time (an hour) to fully explain ebikes to us. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable! Can't say enough good things.
Great place, knowledgeable staff, cool cargo bikes, location is on a cycle track style bike lane. I went to UrbanRider/HEH to test some front load cargo bikes. I called ahead and schedule a time through their website. When I showed up they had the models I wanted to try out ready to roll, and even pulled out another bike. Urban Rider is great! Kim was very patient & knowledgeable. Got to test ride cargo bikes with my son on board. We didn't feel rushed at all and left with an awesome bike that fits our needs!
