Not recommended I purchased a sofa and two chairs a few years ago and had a quality issue right after it arrived. The sofa had no resilience, so they filled up an extra cushion at our cost. The other two dining chairs were fragile, and the back panels were broken. ( I am 73kg) Repair has been requested and responded to like this. “The Munich chair is no longer stocked and has been discontinued. We can recommend a restoration/repair service specialising in furniture.” Mate, the chairs weren’t cheap at all.
I really enjoyed my time with Jennifer at the Richmond store who was a great help with choosing the occasional chairs which I bought. She was also very helpful when choosing the fabric Andrew was also very helpful at the warehouse when we picked up the chairs 6 weeks later. Thanks Jacqui
