UPDATE: The owner came out personally today to replace the couch legs and was really lovely to deal with. We had a good chat about everything and I really appreciated him taking the time to come out and sort it. We genuinely love their couches and products — that was never the issue — it was just the communication along the way that was frustrating. Updated review: The couch has now been delivered and the quality appears good. However, the overall experience was very frustrating due to poor and inconsistent communication. I repeatedly had to chase for updates, and when updates were provided they often changed or did not eventuate. Throughout the process I was given different reasons for delays at different times, which made it difficult to understand what was actually happening or rely on the information being provided.
