"I had my massage and facial package today. The woman doing my massage looked very unhappy with her work; she didn't respond well to questions, and when she did, it was in a very unfriendly or condescending manner making you feel that its not okay to ask questions or even request. Toward the end of the massage, I requested a little more pressure, but I don't think she liked being asked. She increased the pressure in a way that actually hurt me. Beautiful clean spa, private rooms and great service.
The room was very cold, and the bed was quite hard without any sense of softness or comfort. The therapist’s pressure and service were good, but the massage techniques were rather monotonous.
