Booked a session for my elderly mum for her Bday so she could feel spoiled. The entire experience was spoiled simply with the welcome. The lady at the reception was not friendly at all and when walking in gave us a look that indicated "what are you doing here". Throughout the signing and payment she maintained the unwelcoming face and behaviour. Dropped mum off for a 2h package and even when going to pick her up it was the same treatment. I was left in the room for over 10 minutes. The masseuse did not provide the additional 10 minutes as promised. The pressure was not hard and I had to constantly remind the therapist to do it harder. There is often no one to greet you or when you leave. So no opportunity to provide feedback. To pay $159 for this, I feel disappointed and ripped off tbh. My partner received a pregnancy massage at 35 weeks pregnant and was asked to roll onto her back - thankfully she said she wouldn’t be able to. The massage overall was not very good, they didn’t touch her hands, feet or forearms one. Probably the worst massage she’s ever had.
