I’ve been a loyal customer of this spa for few years, frequently visiting with my family for facials, massages, manicures/pedicures, and eyebrow threading. The staff has always been friendly, and the atmosphere is calming and clean, which kept us coming back. Excellent service and always a great retreat from a busy life. The pedicures are wonderful. Manicures beautiful and spending time getting a facial very relaxing. Book a steam prior to facial on a cold day.
The work and attention they put into clients is wonderful. You are met with a warm attitude and a smile and expert levels of professionalism…….accept the front desk. Holly cow , that lady at the front made me feel like I was trash and that shouldn’t be there. I was directly insulted for paying cash so I ran out before even taking my receipt. Maybe she’s just having a bad day?…. I love Urban Retreat and all they do, but I’ll be taking a break for a while until they find someone new. Yikes
