I give this store a 5 stars only because I was helped by one of the kind employees on the floor when I needed a dress from the top of the wall, who then cashed me out :) But when she cashed me out and I payed with a 100 dollar bill she asked for id due to the stores bill policy which is absurd they should just have a machine for that. But overall the customer service was good

I’ve never felt the need to leave a bad review, especially since I work in retail myself and treat customers with the same respect I expect in return. Unfortunately, my experience at this Urban Planet was disappointing. From the moment we walked in, it felt unwelcoming. At checkout, we waited a long time without any acknowledgment, even though others behind us were helped first. We were told the delay was due to needing an employee discount, which didn’t make sense. Yesterday we visited the store, early in the morning. One of the staff members( young man with short beard) Is so angry, no smile at customers whatsoever. He just stares at you in a bad way. He definitely hates his job in my opinion. Not a good experience

Went into Uberban plant and was harassed by the cashier about a 100$ bill she asked to see my ID and never ran the money under a machine. It's embarrassing and I was ashamed of the behavior of the cashiers at the store. The manager tried his best to apologize. But it doesn't change the service I received here. She wore glasses and it seems from the review it's the same person that still works there.
