I’ve never felt the need to leave a bad review, especially since I work in retail myself and treat customers with the same respect I expect in return. Yesterday we visited the store, early in the morning. One of the staff members( young man with short beard) Is so angry, no smile at customers whatsoever. He just stares at you in a bad way. He definitely hates his job in my opinion. Not a good experience
Went into Uberban plant and was harassed by the cashier about a 100$ bill she asked to see my ID and never ran the money under a machine. It's embarrassing and I was ashamed of the behavior of the cashiers at the store. The manager tried his best to apologize. But it doesn't change the service I received here. She wore glasses and it seems from the review it's the same person that still works there.
Around 5:00pm on March 22,2025 my went to Urban Planet at Sheppard and Donmills to buy clothes for my daughter , we went inside but suddenly one of the staff hit my wife with a shopping basket in her knee and it was a bad hit, my wife yelled at to her attention and i know she heard my wife but she just ignore her, she a brunette , curly short haired and wearing eyeglasses around 5'6 in height, i called the other staff male long hair wearing eyeglasses (white) and ask for her name but he refuse his reason was it was busy! is ... read more
I don’t understand why there is no mirror inside the fitting room I don’t want to go outside every time to look at my self where is my privacy
