Eric was really great to work with! The hour-long sessions provided ample time to address my concerns, perform manual adjustments, and practice strength movements and stretches in the gym. I initially came to him with hip pain that would occur every time I sat down, but after a few sessions, I experienced significant improvement. I appreciated Eric's holistic approach to fitness, which allowed me to continue building strength while incorporating additional physical therapy-focused movements. Overall, I highly recommend him.

Before starting physical therapy with Eric, I had been struggling with intermittent knee pain from an overuse injury for several months. Eric tailored our sessions to focus on building both stability and strength, starting with foundational exercises and progressing to more advanced movements as I improved.
