I cannot recommend Urban Physical Therapy in Ithaca enough. Eric is incredibly dedicated to working with his clients to pinpoint the exact issues and areas that need attention. I got the chance to work with both Eric and Kristina as I rehabbed a broken collarbone after surgery and took on a perennial issue of tight hips. They are very knowledgeable and prioritized my goals and capacity. They both started their sessions with manual therapy which was very helpful.
