Paul did a fantastic job in getting me more comfortable on the bike and it’s really transformed my riding experience. Weekend group rides are friendly and a great way to get into the sport. Service and knowledge are exceptional, a great bike shop to have in my area.
Big shout out to Gabe for sorting out an issue with a multi tool bought over a year ago. Small problem but was incredibly hard to sort out through local bike shops etc. Amazing service and correspondence in sorting issue. Contacted the rep for the brand and shipped out a new one so fast with no fuss. Great work. Would definitely purchase from Urban Pedaler again and again Thanks Gabe
Took my bike tyre for new tube and expected to leave it and pick it up in a few days Very helpful staff fitted it on the spot. In and out in 5 minutes. Great service.
