Huge thank you to Ben for getting my TT bike race-ready before my first full-distance Ironman. The service, advice and upgrades were so helpful and got everything I needed done before flying overseas. The bike rode great on race day. Recently walked into Urban Pedaler not knowing anything about riding or bikes. They took the time to walk me through everything. In the end I walked out with a successful bike fit and a bike (fitted to my specs) that on my first ride felt great instantly. Anyway here is my debut ride to put into perspective how well the bike + fit performed :). The flat tire and crash mentioned in the Strava description were not me thankfully. Bike is fantastic. Thanks team.
Rang to ask about an issue on a purchase and was met with a terrible attitude by the owner, aggressively saying, "I've got a lot to do today and don't have time for this!" Along with other dribble to make out that I am wrong. There is never a need to treat a customer like that. And no weak response, in an attempt to explain yourself will reverse your actions Gabe. It was disgusting behaviour.
