Great friendly service they picked up my bike took it back to the shop for assembly very affordable prices friendly team thanks to Rob he was very friendly and helpful a great asset to the company with his knowledge very polite manners he asked if needed any help or adjustments as I had picked up my bike would definitely recommend Urban Pedaler if you want a quality bike or bike services. Very happy customer thanks guys !!!
I had an interesting experience at Urban Pedaler a few weeks ago. I went into the store to get a particular product. Gabe said to me “Have you considered ...” and mentioned another variant of the same product. I did not know the difference. Gabe took the time to show me the difference, and it was obvious I wanted the the product he was recommending. This is the sort of customer service that so many shops don't offer these days. Absolutely love the vibe at Urban Pedaler! Gabe is an absolute legend, super helpful, knows a ton about cycling, and is an expert when it comes to getting the perfect fit on a road bike. The shop’s got awesome products, great energy, and a real passion for bikes. If you’re in Melbourne, this place is 100% worth checking out. Awesome crew, awesome gear, and Gabe keeps the stoke high every time you talk to him!
Great shop. They had to order my new bike from the warehouse, it was delivered quickly and I got a great deal. Gabe helped me out with a few discounted extra parts too.
Gabe and the rest of the team were easy and fantastic to deal with from the start to end with my EF SSE lab71 frame. Would recommend! Will have the bike serviced soon! Thanks again guys
