Received discrimination actions in yesterday upon entering store. It was implied that myself and my partner stole items because we WALKED IN URBAN and the security alarms went off. Our bag was snatched and searched without permission. We were mocked and embarrassed in front of the entire store by staff and management. This was unacceptable as a poc. Do better Urban Outfitters
This store is not ♿ accessable for disabled and elderly. The doors must weigh upwards of 100+lbs. I took my daughter shopping here several years ago, I'm disabled with spinal cord injuries. I tried opening the door, and couldn't , and hurt myself trying. My daughter weights 80lbs and she too struggled. There are laws people!
