Incredible staff and well stocked and visually appealing store. The location is an old bank and oh my god its so interesting to look at. My only complaint is for the staff, I wish Urban Outfitters would splurge and get these wonderful ladies full time security so they are able to do their jobs without worrying about being harassed, assaulted, or worst by shop lifters.
Great clothing store.
I had the worst experience with Abby. Just overall horrible customer service and it’s the second time in the store this month having to wait forever because no one was at the register and nobody knew how to do anything. I have been to tons of urban outfitters and only this one gives me a hard time every time.
