Really kind & understanding workers, with amazing merchandising displays and setups!! The sale section is way in the back - located in the historical bank's vault. It's really cool seeing the vault door/lock and all the old bank elements. The fitting room is unisex, but spacious & private. I really love the vintage/historical feel that's maintained with all the modern/grungy touches Urban adds! I really wish they would add some Urban Outfitter's Bedding/Sheet sets in-store!
