Over the past year, I have visited the clinic twice a week for vitamin injections, Botox and fillers. I have always been thoroughly satisfied with the customer service and procedures I would recommend Urban to anyone looking for similar services.
I went to this clinic a few times and had a great experience. However, last year I bought a "Coupon" for 3 micro needling sessions, and have now been cancelled 4 times for various reasons, most due to illness/sickness from owner. All these appointments were booked 2 months in advance, and were last minute cancellations which made me even more irritated. I asked to receive my money back from the coupon with no response. I wanted to give my friend a birthday present and paid the deposit for Deserae to do some treatments on my friend. After Deserae cancelled on her 3 TIMES, which it sounds like she does often to people, my friend decided not to book again. First she said she had Covid (my friend had already gone to the clinic before she got the message), then she didn't have the product and then she had to go to the hospital or something.
