Nicola is very professional, very skilled and I had a wonderful treatment. Warm and friendly too and the treatment room is a relaxing and pleasant place. I will definitely come again. Highly recommended.
I had a lovely first experience of reflexology with Nicola. She was very welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable. Nicola explained what she was doing and made it easy to ask questions about anything I was unsure of. I felt able to completely relax and enjoy the treatment. Urban Nirvana is a little gem in Sheffield and I can’t wait to visit again soon.
My son bought me a voucher for Christmas. I finally got to use it a couple of weeks ago! Nicola was lovely, explaining the treatment as she worked on my feet. The treatment room is calming and relaxing as was Nicola. I'm very ticklish but not once did I draw my feet back, a testament to Nicola's technique. It calmed some of my symptoms down and I have slept well ever since. So yes, Nicola, I'll be booking another session when I have a free Thursday.

From the moment I arrived at Urban Nirvana, I began to feel calm and relaxed. The treatment room is lovely and I enjoyed a fragrant foot bath whilst Nicola carried out my consultation. I've never had reflexology before and Nicola took the time to talk me through the treatment , what I could expect and how she would tailor the treatment to my health issues. The treatment was amazing and I felt so relaxed afterwards. I would definitely recommend Urban Nirvana to anyone.
