They're great people here, we moved to Montclair last year and so far have gotten 3 major furnishings for our home from them and have been very pleased with the results. They're easy to work with, take the time to go through and explain any questions you may have, and the pieces we've got from them are beautiful and of sturdy construction. Really couldn't ask for anything else from a local furniture store. Keep doing what you're doing Urban Natural!
Huge shoutout to Jose and Luis for going above and beyond with our sofa bed delivery! They literally came after work hours to make sure we got it ASAP because we had guests arriving, and we truly appreciated the extra effort. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the entire process. The sofa bed itself is amazing quality, and the customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Employees like Jose and Luis are the reason customers come back. They absolutely deserve a raise!
