Worth the wait! My new couch from Urban Natural Home arrived today and is beautiful. Thank you to the staff there for helping me and answering all my questions.
A+ service from Ali in picking out the American Leather sleeper I was looking for. He helped with the delivery options, fabric choices, and cart.
The staff at Urban Natural in Montclair, NJ have been very helpful and professional. We ordered a Monterey bed, manufactured by Copeland. When one piece of the bed was damaged in shipping, the Urban Natural staff addressed the issue transparently. After a new piece was crafted, the bed was delivered in a timely manner. We are very happy with the final product and would definitely consider buying from Urban Natural again.
Furniture was beautiful - one piece had a bit of damage from shipping, but after contacting the store, Christin helped resolve the issue and I was able to get a replacement seamlessly.
