Very rude guy that works there
We ordered a beautiful bed frame through Urban Natural. Unfortunately it arrived without 2 small pieces of hardware that are crucial to actually assemble the bed frame. Daniel was AMAZING. I think we all know that things happen, but what matters is how a person/company support the customer after the issue. We are getting everything we need, and Daniel’s communication has been outstanding. I’d buy more furniture from this company.
The people at Urban Natural could not have made purchasing my American Leather pull out sofa any easier! Maria was in constant contact about delivery, and was even able to make a price adjustment for me during the Labor Day sales (even though I had made the original purchase two months prior). The actual day of the delivery, the guys showed up on time and took ten minutes to get it done. Highly recommend urban natural!

I was thrilled to find that a well-crafted American made bed in beautiful cherry wood was within my reach. The matching nightstand is similarly well-crafted and classically designed.
