This is my third time refinancing with Urban money from its creator Geoff, to Bronwyn after it was sold and now Arsith and his team after urban money has been sold again. The model and systems are clearly excellent having lost nothing through three sales of the business Arsith and his team helped me refinance in July 2026. We refinanced our existing mortgage with Urban Money in December 2025. The experience that we had gone through previously with other brokers was not enjoyable and appeared to be very automated and non personal. Toby and Bronwyn recently helped me get a home loan, I had minimal equity and they put in a lot of work to find me a bank that would lend me the money with a good interest rate! I would highly recommend going to see them!!
